Yet another person in our group have passed the 21st milestone! Happy Birthday Angela! Somehow I look chaotah. Yesterday was fun, we almost had full attendance if not for xi. Oh well, we never had full attendance anyway. Someone was still saying if we should photoshop xi’s face into the polariod. Oh! Ade said she saw xi at her friend’s birthday party on Saturday. And she said xi was so high it was like she ate ecstasy.

Today some of us went to celebrate Guat Sim’s 21st! We went to this (in my opinion) rather authentic Korean restaurant for dinner. I thought it was good. Ate a lot of the pickles. They have an extremely wide variety of pickles that was very nice! At least nicer than other places anyway. I shall post a picture of today when Guat Sim sends it to us. I would say that restaurant was the best Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to in SG.

Somehow pj didn’t think it was very authentic because of the awful experience she had at this other Korean restaurant (she thought was very authentic one) near Bugis where she didn’t like the food. Actually I was quite curious as to how she came to the conclusion that the restaurant at Bugis served very authentic Korean food. Hurhur…

Anyway, now it’s okada time! SP time! I just bought this super old Oricon Style magazine yesterday. It was from last December. Here it is (for the sake of my okada and SP fandom)~~~

I showed Angela this page and after studying the picture for 2-3 seconds she concluded that okada is “not bad oh, quite handsome” with a smiling face. So I know she’s not lying! HAHA. Anyway, jerla is very direct, she won’t lie for the sake of lying. So I was quite happy yesterday too!!! HAHAHHAHA! The only sad thing that happened yesterday was that Pin I left……. 3 years before I see her again!

And I nearly broke my speaker while trying to scan Myojo. Scanning is actually quite a chore. BX you must confirm with me if you really like those 2 you are requesting me to scan ok.

EDIT: Decided to remove the 2 other scans because they indeed do look squashed. ><

I tried reading it and I realized that okada watched Lost and Heroes! Oh well, these are the 2 more famous American series so I’m not surprised. Somehow I thought I can understand more of the article. Need to study harder for Japanese!!!

I still have 3 more 21st birthdays in the next 2 weeks………….. Going broke soon. SIGH.

56th Television Drama Academy Awards

Okada won best actor for SP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SP also won best drama and best director! YAY. I think I am quite slow about this, just found out just now when searching for KCE stuff. Actually I didn’t expect Okada to win since I thought Katori Shingo was so gonna get it. But Okada was amazing too! That’s the reason why I liked him after watching SP anyway!

Anyway thanks bx and your aunts for all the food today!! Until now I am still super full. Haha! But I really hope you can finish watching the show I brought for you today…… I guess it may be really boring for you ね。。

No wonder it was decided to make SP into a movie. Because the special is like… ok… It got me worried for a moment. The ending was really EH?!!??!

When I reached home groggily this morning I saw a nicely patterned paper bag with the word ‘COACH’ on it. Wow where did this thing come from? So the itchy handed me took the bag and peeped inside. To my surprise therein lies a beautifully packaged box in a purple [or pink, sorry I am colour blind la] ribbon. My sister suddenly stirred in her sleep and so I decided to wake her up by asking what’s inside the box.

And she asked me to open it.

“Open it.”

“But what’s inside it?”

“Open it and see la~.”

A Coach wallet.

I LOVE MY SISTER!!!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes I don’t think I deserve a [younger] sister as nice as her because I am so evil. She spent like 1/3 of her 1st pay on that wallet. When I asked her what money have she got left for herself after buying the wallet and giving $250 to my mom she said she didn’t have anything in mind to buy for herself anyway. SO NICE RIGHT!!!!!!! The wallet is the most precious thing to me now. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

No wonder she sms-ed me yesterday night and asked me what time will I be back. Because she had something for me.

Yesterday was a busy day! Went for Chingay in the morning followed by going to Kaicheng’s 21st birthday party. It was ok fun because I knew the few people that were there. Initially I thought that I would be a bit left out because I reached there early and didn’t know who will be around. Luckily I knew all of them. Haha. After that I rushed to Raffles Hotel to watch Hall 2’s hall production.Raffles Hotel’s Jubilee Hall have got this pleasant quaint feeling to it. I took some lousy pictures of the venue using my hp camera. Turned out quite badly. The play was ok except that the audience [including me] kept laughing at the sad parts. It’s not like we can help it because sometimes the actor’s actions seem weird or due to some strange laughter generated from the audience that made everyone else laugh. During the credits segment Junjie [after much persuading] tried to give PJ the sunflower that we got for her. But she didn’t see him!! So sad lor!!!! And paiseh also!!! But we found her after the show ended. Haha. Hope the flower bloomed nicely today. The florist told me it will bloom nicely that’s why I chose the asymmetrically shaped sunflower.

Then it’s time to meet the TKD people for supper! We went many many places to tour again because Desmond drove his magic school bus! We ate at Zion Road. Ordered so much food and ate until we were very full. After that we went to Changi Village to see scenery. *ahem* Didn’t really see a lot but maybe cos it was too late. After that stupid Desmond drove us to Old Changi Hospital despite a lot of pleadings from us to not go. But he still went. And it totally freaked me out. So much that I didn’t dare to go home. But I should have gone home because if I had I would have seen the wallet and would feel too happy to feel fear. Drove around here and there before deciding to drive past Geylang again. This time there were also fewer girls on the street. The other time we went there were so many of them! Even though all of us stayed on the bus it still felt unsafe because the people outside kept looking in. We went back to hall mainly because of me. Cos I said I didn’t want to be alone. Played many rounds of poker and I won like 80% of them!!! HAHA. First time leh. Winning streak! Yesterday night was super fun even though it made me very tired today.

Anyway, I took my H magazine with me today because I wanted to show my friends my fav guy. And Ade just HAD to say that he looked Indian. STUPID ADE!!!!!!!!! Which part of his face looks Indian?!?!?! He obviously looks Japanese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But she did say that his build is good. ♥ The TKD girls didn’t give me very positive comments either. Xinni said he looks like a Malay. They say he doesn’t have the Japanese look. Dammit I should have taken another magazine instead. But I think H have got nice pictures! Argh.

While rewatching SP with English subs I capped a few screen shots. So nice!!
