my 21st

I was very much surprised to see “happy bdae hansui” dug into the sand with lighted candles inside them when I was led to East Coast Park thinking that we are on some supper trip. And even more delighted to learn that cass baked the birthday cake for me! It’s an oreo cheesecake with “evil hs” written using smarties on it! And there were 21 candles on it! Not the usual 2 big candles and 1 small one! Plus it tasted really good, much better than the one sold at NYDC (which tasted like cheesedale cheese).

The candles thingy was really pretty! Many passerby came to take pictures of it. Too bad I don’t have any pictures to show. No one sent or uploaded them yet. And I was still thinking when were they going to celebrate my birthday for me because no one seems to have the time. I think they actually know me quite well to be able to guess whether I’ll agree to go for the last minute “supper” outing. Since I was carrying a whole lot of stuff and still had to go for Japanese classes.

It was hard work digging the “trenches” for the candles! 辛苦大家了!

Thanks cass, xinni, yuexiang, and zhongsheng for preparing the “setting”, sally, huisian, des, judy and shijie for being part of the decoy supper group, cass for spending so much time and effort baking the nice nice cake, shijie for buying the watch plus the Ironman dvd (totally didn’t expect her to get the dvd) and being the spy, des for driving us around and back home and judy for accompanying me during the wait!!

I love the presents! The Adidas watch that I chose and the Ironman DVD! =D Thank you dear TSC~ I appreciate your efforts!

And today I went to get a haircut! I was very happy with the outcome! And I got free highlights as a present from the stylist! COOL~~~~ Love it!!!! Glad that xr was there too! Or else my hair wouldn’t turn out as nice I guess. Haa. Followed xr around to see if he got the right type of shirt for me. Not bad not bad. Can see he really wants to get the right shirt! But I trust what he buys anyway. Can’t be un-wearable.

キセキ

I can’t sleep again! It’s 0230 in the morning and my hair is still wet from bathing. I cut my hair just now. BX thinks the side is nice but the stylist screwed up the fringe. I think so too! It’s totally different from the picture I showed him. I wondered if he really studied it properly. Somehow I still think ark is much better even though he treats my hair as something to experiment on. At least I know he’ll be able to cut according to the picture if I ask him to even though he’ll start complaining that I always cut the same styles. Maybe I’m just used to having ark cut my hair.

Just now BX and I went Kbox! It was fun!!!! We sang for a very long time and no one came to ask us for the bill even though we were way past the time limit. That’s the good thing about singing on weekdays at not so popular locations. BX started searching for Arashi, KAT-TUN and V6 (for my sake) songs after awhile and she’s upset that they don’t even have Real Face. They only have very old V6 songs but they have the original MV for some of them even though they don’t have the 原唱. And KBox is very updated with ayu’s songs! They have the original PV and 原唱 for mirrocle world! So I was very happy to be able to see my favourite artistes but BX was rather disappointed. Going to karaoke with BX is still the best cos we sing about the same kind of songs.

New haircut!

Today has been a busy day! Not forgetting that I spent a lot of money once again……. Woke up at 7.30am this morning to go home. After that I went out to meet xr to get the haircut. I showed the stylist the hairstyle I wanted and he commented that I always show him the same few styles. Blah… So I asked him for suggestions but he in the end he still said that the hairstyle will suit me and so he’ll cut it. He just trimmed a bit and said that it was done! I was so stunned and asked him to cut shorter. Then he complained that I am one of his very troublesome clients! I retorted him saying that I am not xi whom he did a double cut for! Then he jokingly said he’ll ban her from coming. Haha.. At the end somehow we went back to this topic because I complained about something and he said next time he’ll ban me too. Then he said xi is quite auntie and can develop to become a fully fledged one soon. =O But I agree on that one. Xi ah, what happened to you!!! The end result turned out pretty good. I somehow still trust him to cut my hair. He’s quite good actually. xr said that this hair suited me the most but when I went home my sis said that I just had an ugly haircut!!!!!! WTH. Now she says I look like a primary school kid!!!!!!!

Anyway, I went to buy ayu’s Duty just now. It’s selling at a cheap price for an old album. $19.95. Because old Japanese albums, unlike English or Chinese ones, will become more costly due to the fact that it’s the Japanese import edition. I mean, the Japanese version will cost lesser now but it’s still more expensive that the overseas edition. I liked it =]

And and!!! XR said that Okada is good looking too!!! HAHA so funny! He was browsing through my magazine and flipped to the story that had Okada in the front few pages and Ryo at the back. After commenting about Okada he flipped to the page that had Ryo and said why Okada became not so good looking suddenly. =\ Well to do justice to Ryo I said that many people think Ryo is cute but xr was like.. this type also considered good looking meh…….

swollen?

Hm, I saw bx and the others today and when I said my foot was swollen no one could see where’s the swelling. And when I complained to my sis about my swollen foot she also said she couldn’t see where was swelling. She said I probably dreamed it up because I see my foot everyday and everyday I think it’s swollen. But I still think it’s swollen la..

I bought Kobukuro’s All Singles Best. Currently still listening to it. My sis says that the Japanese are suddenly into folk music now and that’s why Kobukuro is so popular nowadays. Their singles didn’t do that well if you look at all the oricon rankings over the years. But they are talented nevertheless. [Somehow I don't think their music sound folkish.]

And I hope that xr will tell Ark to make the hair saloon brighter and put up a decent signboard or else no one will notice it’s presence. Oh! When bx and me were eating we were discussing about about bx’s school assignment about personifying some dead things and making it into a video. I suggested that smelly pillow should be the lead but she didn’t want poor smelly in her assignment. Sad! But I am glad that bx decided to buy GUILTY!!! I am happy! I hope this year will continue to be a good year for ayu. Hope she comes to Singapore for her Asia Tour. I will surely go!!!
