I finally went to see the Chinese sensei and he wrapped my foot up on Tuesday. After taking away the bandages just now, I feel that my foot have not really recovered much. So how long will it take before it finally recovers? Today when I went for lab the Prof saw my bandaged foot and exclaimed “Hey that’s nice! How did you do it?”. Quite stunning.
桜色舞うころ
18 01 2008Everyone should go watch this video. It is kinda sad but touching.
I finally submitted my exchange application yesterday. So I either go to Hertfordshire or Monash (under fee-paying if I don’t get Herts). I want to go to UK!! Tomorrow finally will be the Jay Chou concert. The ticket have been in my wallet since last year! Quite excited about it. But I am more anxious to know about the results for the exchange which will only be out in Feb! Since my foot haven’t been recovering very well, I have decided to go see the Chinese sensei tomorrow. Hope to get rid of the swelling and my limping problem soon. Today have been a very long day!

やっぱり日本語のクラスが一番面白いです!
15 01 2008Well I was quite worried about going for Japanese classes for the first time because I would know no one and I have forgotten most that I have learnt. And the worst thing was that I couldn’t find the classroom! But anyway I still found it. Lucky I left my room early! The room was relatively empty when I arrived. I sat there and stoned for a while thinking that I probably won’t have a partner for this semester T.T Hence imagine my surprise when I saw a friend! That was the beginning of the good things. Hah! Because we have a very super enthusiastic tutor and that made the class really more fun. But as we went through the revision bits [which was rather amusing] I realised I have forgotten quite a fair bit and my friend have forgotten even more. So I pretty much miss pj because she’s good at Japanese. I depend on her quite a lot I suppose! Anyway, we did the self introduction thing for quite a long time. It was also part of the revisions because we were to ask a lot of questions using the stuff we learnt last semester. But it was still very amusing and time passed quickly. I only checked my watch once and it was already 1847! Class was to end at 1900. Well, I am just glad to have taken Japanese even though the class ends late. It’s like the only lesson that wouldn’t make me go to sleep!
But my foot got more painful than usual today. More parts of my foot are starting to ache. I wonder why too! Maybe it’s cos I have been walking a lot in school.

swollen?
14 01 2008Hm, I saw bx and the others today and when I said my foot was swollen no one could see where’s the swelling. And when I complained to my sis about my swollen foot she also said she couldn’t see where was swelling. She said I probably dreamed it up because I see my foot everyday and everyday I think it’s swollen. But I still think it’s swollen la..
I bought Kobukuro’s All Singles Best. Currently still listening to it. My sis says that the Japanese are suddenly into folk music now and that’s why Kobukuro is so popular nowadays. Their singles didn’t do that well if you look at all the oricon rankings over the years. But they are talented nevertheless. [Somehow I don't think their music sound folkish.]
And I hope that xr will tell Ark to make the hair saloon brighter and put up a decent signboard or else no one will notice it’s presence. Oh! When bx and me were eating we were discussing about about bx’s school assignment about personifying some dead things and making it into a video. I suggested that smelly pillow should be the lead but she didn’t want poor smelly in her assignment. Sad! But I am glad that bx decided to buy GUILTY!!! I am happy! I hope this year will continue to be a good year for ayu. Hope she comes to Singapore for her Asia Tour. I will surely go!!!

New discoveries everyday!
9 01 2008Well school started yesterday and I went back with a limp. It was funny because my injury was not severe enough to require bandaging and yet not insignificant enough to not do anything about it. I plastered a big plaster on it and everyone started asking what’s wrong. It’s stupid to try to explain because even the way that I got injured sounded pretty lame. My friend in the end suggested that I should bandage it, which I did this morning. I did not even have the clip for the bandage and had no choice but to use sticky tape! When my friend saw it she said that it was badly bandaged and offered to help me do it properly. So we took a bandage from the lab [since we had lab today] and wrapped up my foot as though I had suffered some serious leg injury. So more people started noticing the bandaged foot and asked what’s wrong. Now I didn’t even need to explain myself. My friends would say that it’s not as serious as it looks and whatnot which made people think that it was lame to bandage up a merely blue-blacked foot. So tell me, what am I supposed to do with my foot? Man.. it sucks!
And I probably will try for Korea as well for my exchange programme since my friend told me they offer engineering courses in English. But I wonder if they have my course.
